Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional minute.
- Add the tomato sauce and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped pickles before serving.
